Hi, my name is Gabriel Toledo, and my nickname is 0xCH4S3. I’m 21 years old and have been working in Incident Response for 2.5 years. Additionally, I’ve been teaching Malware Reverse Engineering for a few months. You can check out my certificates [here].
I have skills in Malware Analysis & Development, Reverse Engineering, Threat Hunting, Infrastructure Hunting, Memory Forensics, and development in C/C++ and Python.
My research on the China‑Nexus, which you can check out [here], is featured on AlienVault, where I conducted hunting on the APT Earth Alux infrastructure. And it’s not just AlienVault — many researchers and companies around the world, such as RST Cloud, are also using this work to track the China‑Nexus group.
Currently, I am ranked among the top 15 in the world on the Malops platform, a community of over 390 malware analysts who regularly tackle advanced challenges. At one point, I even reached the global top 6.
Today, I am one of the organizers of the LowLevel Village at H2HC, the largest hacking event in Latin America and one of the most respected in the world.
